Pembroke Pines Community Health Assessment

  Plan To implement the intervention, the nursing practitioners and community partners involved in the nursing writing services will identify social centers dominated by the STD-risk demographic aged 21-35. The targeted social centers will include churches, local gyms, local markets, and institutions of higher learning situated in Pembroke Pines. Campaigns lobbying for STD testing will be launched in all the identified social centers and appointed speakers will teach the audience the benefits of screening for the diseases. Also, pamphlets with comprehensive information on STD infection, risk, and management will be offered for free to the targeted population. Youths aged 21-35 who would like to get tested will register themselves with appointed representatives of Planned Parenthood – Pembroke Pines Health Center and Family Medical Center and book appointments for STD screening.
